You should always be learning. Whether through current events or reading for leisure, always be willing to expand your mind to new things.

Wellness checks help determine where you are with your practices and how well you are functioning. Just like check-ups for your physical health, wellness checks are needed.

Wellness checks can be performed by a professional in the field, like a counselor or therapist. You can also perform one on your own by asking yourself these questions:

  • How are you currently feeling?
  • Are you functioning at the highest capacity?
  • Are you happy?
  • How productive are you?
  • Are you getting enough quality sleep?
  • Do you have any worries or anxiety?
  • Has your social life declined?
